Why The Need for "Another Group"
In the past 2+ decades of working with other people, I've noticed a trend that occurs. It's usually one where we find individuals that are like us, that operate like us, that like the same types of foods; a tribe-seeker, if you will. And, lately, "finding your tribe" has been one of those trendy things.
The challenge that has come with all of this is trying to remain authentically ourselves instead of being molded into what other people want us to be like. We are encouraged to like new things, try new things, and enjoy new things; that's how we grow as people. Yet, if we are not careful of the people we spend our limited time resource with, we could get swept away without us evening knowing it.
Seeing how "marketing" and "paid ads" are ways for us to show who we are to people that don't know use (ie, internet strangers), we run the risk of showing off parts of us that are not real to us, but absorbed parts from others that are in our environment.

It's like having a marketing manager that you can run your results to without having to spend the insane $$$ on this individual. That's not to devalue their work because there is a time & place for that. When you're at the stage you're at right now, you need others to support you when you don't feel like you're supporting yourself enough.

- You're making at least $2500/monthly in revenue and usually capping around $15k/month.

What Will I Get In The Group
At this point, the group will only consist of 150 members (myself and any other admins included). I keep it low like that because too many members and we start to become "just another thing" out there that "might" solve your problems...and you could become another number.

What you possess in yourself is needed to serve and lead the people you've been called to govern, so while we're in this group, we're going to find ways to do it together with paid Facebook Ads.
- There are two (2) Q&A sessions done every week.
- Each one lasts 30 minutes and is in a group environment
- They are held right inside of the Facebook group so no need for any other accounts (ie, ZOOM, Skype, Google Meet)
- Once time is up, the call will be finished and remain as a replay for the future.
- I would encourage you to attend at least one (1) of these sessions to get the most out of the group

- There will be a time that you may want to hire a "marketing manager" to work on your ads with you.
- Each month that you stay in the group (max of 3 months; more on that below), I will put that towards any other "DWY Package" as a credit

- I'm all about surrounding yourselves with the right people, and the ones you're looking for will probably be the other members in the group.
- Each member is allowed to work with each other in some capacity and share services (or pay for them) when terms are agreeable.

How Much Does This Cost
This is not a free group. I've done the free groups with paid ads support before and it just doesn't work. It's not because it's bad material; it has to do with reciprocal nature. If we don't invest time AND money into something that requires money to grow, we are short changing ourselves AND the service we're attempting to use.
This is also not an expensive group. There are plenty of groups out there and masterminds that will charge upwards of $24k/annually to keep you in their circle and connect you with "high level people". Yes, they exist and they totally can work; I'm the stop for the people that are not financially ready for that, yet are in the mindset for it.
This is also not an inexpensive group. Some groups out there will charge a small, single digit monthly option for you, which I've been apart of. There is no knock to these groups and I'm glad they exist. However, with a small investment like that, I just wasn't bothered enough to do anything about it and every time the charge happened, I asked myself, "Why are you doing this? You're not even doing anything with it. Better to use it for your own ads."
So where does this fit into play?
Your marketing budget is roughly 20% - 25% of your monthly revenue.
For example, your revenue is $10k/monthly (average). This means that you would have $2k/month to work with your marketing budget, which can include designer work, lead gen creations, paid ads, consultants; the works.
The point of this budget is to make sure that your pool of interested people is constantly filled and you're giving yourself the chance to book calls at the ready, without worrying where the next client comes in.
So, with $2k/month budget, this is how I operate my ad work (and to show you how easily you can afford this group):
$5/day on ads (either getting data or proving it works) for 30 days is $150 spend on ads.
If we're excited about the numbers we're getting, we might up the budget to $10/day for 30 days, at $300 total spend.
(Your budget is $2k/month, so you might be tempted to spend more, but more ad spend with a positive RoAS doesn't mean more sales)
We remove $300 (max) of paid ad spend from your $2k budget, and you're left with $1700 remaining for the month.
The cost to be in the group is $150 every 30 days.
Throw that into your budget and that gives you $1550 yet to do whatever you want with (even if you don't need it for marketing, maybe you wanted to buy that coaches time for a 1:1 for the next month or so; there it is).
Here's where it gets fun.
When you see that your ads are working, your budget will start to increase and you'll see which ads *do* get more money to get your more of your result.
The cost to stay in the group? Still $150.
My cost for you to get the support I'm offering doesn't increase, even though your revenue is starting to increase.
Just by saving money on support, you're already seeing a positive return on your investment.
And if you're looking for a guarantee, you won't find one with me, but you will find my promise to you.

When you get those answers and apply them, we'll get the results from your data.
